The website

The information here describes our marketing services for tree service companies. It is not a contract. Any engagement, including the 30-day pilot and its refund condition, is governed by the written agreement signed with each client.

SMS terms

FastCom has two text message programs. You can join either, both or none; neither is required to use this site or our services.

  • Service messages (non-marketing): notices that we are calling you, scheduling, confirmations and appointment reminders about your request. Consent text: "I agree to receive non-marketing text messages from FastCom Services, LLC (FastCom) about my request: call notices, scheduling, confirmations and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, reply STOP to opt out."
  • Marketing messages: offers, tips and follow-ups from FastCom. Consent text: "I agree to receive marketing text messages from FastCom Services, LLC (FastCom) at the phone number provided, including offers, tips and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, reply STOP to opt out."
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages from that program.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; it is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, FastCom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
